He graduated from St Mary’s university in 2014 with a 2.1 honours degree in Sports Rehabilitation. He then went on and completed a second undergraduate degree in Physiotherapy at Southampton University. He graduated in 2020 with another 2.1 honours degree.

He has been an employee of Jonathan Clark physiotherapy since late 2018. More recently he has also taken up a job in the NHS as an MSK physiotherapist.
Jonny’s main motivation to become a physiotherapist stemmed from he worked in the military. He was regularly challenged by complex injuries and conditions which he struggled to manage on his own. This led him to become inspired by the physiotherapy team to develop a deeper knowledge in healthcare so he could help more people in more effective ways. This inspiration drove him to go back to university to gain a degree in physiotherapy.
Jonny enjoys treating a varied caseload using both hands on skills and exercise therapy to help rehabilitate his patients. He enjoys trying to think outside the box to make rehabilitation fun and practical for his patients. He also enjoys mentoring colleagues and students in ways in which they can improve their care for patients.
