Rachel grew up in Bournemouth, with her parents, sister, brother and dog.
Rachel has worked in Customer Service for over 7 years in various roles and over 3 years of experience in management as well.
Her motivation to become a Practice Manager, aligns with the company aim – to help people!!
She really enjoys helping to support clients with their physiotherapy journey.
Rachel also finds it very rewarding leading the reception team and helping them achieve their full potential to help clients as much as possible.
Finally, she loves to problem solve and come up with new ideas that may help the business and clients.

Why did you choose to work at JCP?
When Rachel applied for her original position here as a Receptionist at Jonathan Clark Physiotherapy, she loved the idea of working in the medical field with likeminded individuals who wanted to help people. She loved the company values and everyone in the team was so kind and friendly. Having worked at JCP for almost 4 years at the time of writing this, she can confirm that these first impressions were accurate.
What do you like to do outside of work?
In her spare time Rachel enjoys going on nature walks, spending time with her friends and family, gaming or playing with her cats. Rachel also has a passion for travel and loves exploring new places and experiencing new cultures.

What is your favourite holiday destination?
Either The Whitsundays in Australia or Costa Rica!
