Receptionist
Raelle grew up in Maine in the northeastern United States with her parents, 2 older brothers, 4 guinea pigs and a dog.
She has over a decade of customer service experience spanning multiple industries, from hospitality in a bustling national park to office work managing medical records for local hospitals.
Being an avid runner and having dealt with injuries herself, Raelle’s interest in health and wellness is what initially drew her to JCP. A move to a new country presented the opportunity to change direction in her employment and put her people skills to good use.
Raelle really enjoys getting to know clients as they come in for treatment every week and seeing them improve day by day.

Why did you choose to work at JCP?
I believe that the workplace environment has a big impact on your wellbeing. The company ethos with a focus on helping and supporting people is really evident in the team. Everyone works really well together and really cares for our clients which makes for such a lovely atmosphere.
What do you like to do outside of work?
Outside of work I spend most of my free time with my husband and dog. I love being outdoors and enjoy going for long walks in the park or by the shore. I love working out, baking, reading, and playing video games.
What is your favourite movie?
I really love old classic films. Depending on my mood my favourite is It’s A Wonderful Life or Some Like It Hot.
What is your favourite holiday destination?
After living away for a while I would say my favourite place to visit is Maine. I’m happiest surrounded by trees and swimming in lakes or enjoying the snow, not to mention being with my family. There’s no place like home!
