At your first appointment with us, you therapist will ask you a number of questions relating to your past medical history, to ensure that you are safe to treat.

If you’re looking for a lighter, gentler massage, we recommend booking in for a Massage.

If you’re looking for a deeper, firmer massage, we recommend booking in for either a Deep Tissue Massage or a Sports Massage.

If you’re looking to improve recovery or sports performance, we recommend booking in for a Sports Massage.

If you’re not sure what to book in for, we recommend booking in for a Massage. At your first appointment with us, your therapist will identify which type of massage will be beneficial for you, and tailor your massage towards your specific needs.

Your first 50 Minute Massage appointment with us will cost Â£75.

Each follow up treatment will cost either Â£75 for a 50 Minute Massage, or Â£55 for a 30 Minute Massage.

We do offer a selection of appointment packages, to help you save on the cost of your Massage with us.

Alternatively, if you do have a cash plan policy with an insurance provider, then you may be able to use your allowance on your policy to access Massage with us.
