We all have a sweet tooth; so letβs enjoy treats using healthy and natural ingredients!
Just 4 ingredients:
1 cup of sweet potato (oven cooked in coconut oil & then mashed)
Β½ cup of smooth nut butter
2 table spoons of pure maple syrup
ΒΌ cup of cocoa powder
& A handful of chocolate chips (optional)
Combine all the ingredients together and allow to bake for 20-30 minutes!
