Many runners experience hip, knee, shin, ankle and foot pain when they are training for events. It’s the sheer volume of training, combined with any underlying biomechanical issues or muscle imbalances which can lead to such pains.

We routinely offer our Physiotherapy assessment skills to identify the cause of these pains and offer our expert advice and apply proven treatment techniques to help alleviate them. Alternatively, Sports and Remedial Massage is another proven method to alleviate the pains associated with running, but it can also prepare you for a marathon 24-48 hours in advance.
